Rx Noromycin 300 LA Noromycin 300 LA is an injectable antibiotic used for the treatment of various bacterial infections in cattle and swine. It is particularly effective against oxytetracycline-susceptible organisms causing diseases such as pneumonia, shipping fever, pink eye, scours, leptospirosis, and more. Continue treatment for 24-48 hours after symptoms subside, but not to exceed 4 consecutive days. Swine: Administer 9 mg per lb of body weight intramuscularly for pneumonia.
