Sunshine Livestock Supply — Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of animal health products, we cannot accept returns on opened medications, vaccines, dewormers, or any product where the seal has been broken. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of your animals.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. For low-value items we will issue a full refund without requiring a return. For higher-value items we may request a photo of the issue before processing your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used medications, vaccines, or dewormers
- Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
- Hazardous materials
- Products marked "Final Sale"
How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@sunshinelivestocksupply.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
