Thank you for shopping with Sunshine Livestock Supply. We're committed to getting your livestock health supplies to you quickly and reliably.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Carrier selection is made automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We work hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your spam folder or contact us at support@sunshinelivestocksupply.com.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS for most standard products. Some larger or heavier items may require a physical street address for delivery via UPS or FedEx. If there is an issue with your shipping address we will contact you promptly.
Rural Addresses
We understand that many of our customers are located in rural areas. We ship to all rural routes and remote addresses. Delivery times to remote locations may be slightly longer than the estimates above.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us at support@sunshinelivestocksupply.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property. If the package cannot be located contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products such as vaccines and certain medications require refrigeration or temperature-controlled shipping. These items will be shipped with appropriate cold packs and insulated packaging. We recommend being available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments promptly. Sunshine Livestock Supply is not responsible for product degradation caused by failure to refrigerate items promptly upon receipt.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately at support@sunshinelivestocksupply.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is submitted to our fulfillment partner. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment it cannot be cancelled or modified.
